Poverty of Soul=Poverty of Life.  IIIJohn vs.2 says-”Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health even as thy soul prospereth.”  Your soul is your thinker, feeler, and chooser or your Mind, Will, and Emotions.  As your soul prospers or is in poverty so also will your life be.

IThes 5:23  “And the very God of peace sanctify you and make you Wholly; and I pray God that your Whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
